30 April 2012 - In continuation of the company announcement of
today from Nordic Shipholding A/S and Triton III's announcement as
of 27 March 2012, the transfer of all chemical tanker activities in
Nordic Tankers to the Triton III-owned company Nordic Tankers
Holding AB has been completed after the conditions of the
acquisition have been met.
The new Nordic Tankers is thus established. The company is
organised with Nordic Tankers Holding AB as the owner of the
activities in the new Nordic Tankers A/S and herning shipping A/S,
respectively. In combination with the activities in herning
shipping, Nordic Tankers becomes a leading global regional chemical
tanker company with a joint operated fleet of more than 120
chemical tankers.

will have a leading position in the chemical tanker segment with a
modern and high quality fleet with an average age of approximately
five years. We can now commence the planned integration of our
activities, and the combination of our joint competencies will
benefit both customers and employees," says CEO at Nordic Tankers,
Tommy Thomsen.
The management team in Nordic Tankers is comprised of CEO Tommy
Thomsen and the four Senior Vice Presidents Mads Meldgaard,
Christian Hassel, Claus Thornberg and Jesper Holmark, as well as
Vice President Helle Bjerre.
The Company's Chairman will be Björn Nilsson who is a partner at
Triton Advisers Limited and has held the Chairmanship at herning
shipping since 2011.
